How to book

From first message to arrival

    Enquire

    Tell us your dates, group size and interests, through the form above, email, WhatsApp or a call.

  2. 02

    Get your plan and quote

    We send a day-by-day plan with an itemised quote, and adjust it with you until it feels right.

  3. 03

    Confirm with a deposit

    Send us a copy of your passport and a photo, and pay a 50% deposit so we can secure your flights and rooms.

  4. 04

    Pay the balance

    The rest is due 60 days before you arrive. Once it is received, we apply for your visa.

  5. 05

    Receive your travel pack

    Your visa clearance, flight tickets, final itinerary, and your guide’s and driver’s names and numbers.

  6. 06

    Arrive in Bhutan

    Your guide meets you at Paro airport or the border, and the journey begins.
